eTracks Tire Management Systems and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce two new board members, who will each help support the organization’s strategic plan with notable expertise and credentials in governance, sustainability, and executive leadership.
Frank Denton brings decades of experience and executive leadership in public service including, regulatory policy and delivery, public private partnerships and crown governance. His most recent position was as CEO of the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA), the regulatory authority responsible for implementing the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA), including Tire Regulation 225/18. Prior to this appointment in 2017, Frank held a variety of senior executive positions in the Ontario Public Sector and was the assistant deputy minister responsible for design and delivery of a range of regulatory programs. As assistant deputy minister in the Ministry of Finance, he led several public sector commercial transactions. He is an expert in crown governance, regulatory policy and implementation, and was the architect of a broad range of public service delivery models, including agencies and other arms-length bodies. Before joining the Ontario government, Frank practiced commercial law with the firm of Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt.
